The venue was nicely appointed and well-designed, I loved the location not far from a nice, comfortable getaway, St Michaels for 15 years on and off for family holiday and the Flying Fish restaurant, and sea views. The classic room was extremely pleasant and brand-new. The staff were all incredibly attentive and caring and the buffet breakfast was good hot. The hotel was in a central setting in the brasserie on the bay. Btw, I was around 10-15 minutes walk from Falmouth Seafront Promenade. The service was very efficient with an early check-in. Moreover, I parked onsite.

Enjoyed this exceptional hotel, easy to find, with caring staff with every member of staff extremely friendly and helpful. My room was brand-new and extremely pleasant and featured spectacular view of the ocean. The place was immaculately clean and top quality, had really helpful and caring staff on the reception desk. I was here for 3 nights and ate at gourmet restaurant for what the food was. Had a comfy bedroom with a good-sized separate bathroom, and enjoyed a very clean pool.
I didn't find food, so was a little disappointed.

The room I was given was a nice size with a balcony and drinks plus bathroom or lounge area. The personnel was hard-working and competent. The location of the hotel was central, near to the high pressured waterfall as well as the beach which is a two minute walk. And it was at a medium distance from The Shack, ate there couple of times.
